Book rehearsal, concert and workshop (e.g. Camp Nakamun) venues as instructed by the Board of Directors. Communicate with the bookkeeper to ensure all deposits have been paid. Ensure there is access to all rehearsal venues.
Communicate with all directors regularly to coordinate all choir activities.
Promotion:
Promotion of all concerts, tours and choir events through social media, posters, emails, and newspapers.

Arrange for the storage of and the dispensing of all choir uniforms. Work closely with directors to establish new or usual dress codes.
Advise Strathcona County dignitaries of all Lyrico events. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, invite each dignitary and guest to attend all three main performances.
Touring/Field Trips:
Collect and make copies of the confirmed trip and performance information given them by the directors and distribute all the forms related to the tour/field trip to the choir members in a timely manner.
