Annual Fees for our Choirs
2026 - 2027 Season

Due September 30, 2026. Payment must accompany the Registration Form

Payment options include cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Please make cheques payable to Lyrico Youth Choirs Association. E-transfers can be sent to: lyricoyouthchoirs@gmail.com.

Be sure to include your chorister’s name in the "message" section in the e-transfer! Forms and fees must be received by June 30, 2026, to qualify for the 5% early registration discount. The annual fees do not fully subsidize Camp Nakamun Retreat costs. You will be informed of any trip costs once

If your chorister has referred someone who passes the audition and registers for the Choirs, you will receive a $25 Chorister Credit for these additional costs. We also offer Chorister Credits for any sponsorship money you bring to the choirs or if you volunteer with our Board of Directors. Please go to our Sponsorship Opportunity Page for more information.

  • Processing fees will apply to all credit card payments made. 

A 5% early registration discount is available if fees are paid in full by June 30, 2026.

Annual fees do not fully subsidize additional program costs such as the Camp Nakanaman retreat. Families will be informed of any additional costs once finalized. Optional fundraising opportunities may be available to help offset these costs.

If your chorister refers a new member who successfully auditions and registers, you will receive a $25 chorister credit toward additional program costs. Chorister credits may also be earned through sponsorships or parent volunteer involvement with the Board of Directors. Junior Choir Annual Fee: $500    |    Senior Choir Annual Fee: $550

Included in annual fees:

  • Weekly rehearsals 

  • Participation in 3 main concerts

  • Choir photo

  • School tours and community engagement activities

A $20 choir t-shirt deposit will be collected when t-shirts are distributed during the season. Senior Choir requires a $50 music deposit cheque at the beginning of the season. Note: fees received after the deadline date of September 30th may be charged a $25 late penalty.

PLEASE NOTE: There are approx. 27 rehearsal dates and 3 concerts over 10 months which, when broken down, works out to be approximately $70 to $75 per month. This is a reasonable price to pay for a tremendous musical education with highly qualified directors, accompanists and professional special guests. 

Fee Payment Options

5% Discount Early Payment Option Deadline: June 30th, 2026

Junior Choir Total Fee: $475.00. If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $11.70, for a total of $486.70

Senior Choir Total Fee: $522.50. If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $12.84, for a total of $535.34

Standard Full Payment Deadline: September 30th, 2026

Junior Choir Total Fee: $500.00. If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $12.30 for a total of $512.30.

Senior Choir Total Fee: $550.00 If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $13.50 for a total of $563.50.

Summer 4-Month Plan (June 15th – September 15th)

Junior Choir $125/month. If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $3.30 for a total of $128.30/month.

Senior Choir $137.50/month. If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $3.60 for a total of $141.10/month.

Fall 2-Month Plan (September 15th – October 15th)

Junior Choir $250/month If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $6.30 for a total of $256.30/month.

Senior Choir $275/month. If paying by credit card, the processing fee is $6.90 for a total of $281.90/month.

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Commitment

To help make choir participation accessible for families, the Board of Directors has created several flexible payment options, including installment plans and early registration discounts for those who register before June 30th. 

2. Full Payment Upfront Deadlines

  • Early payment 5% discount deadline: June 30th 2026

  • Full payment deadline: September 30th 2026

3. Payment Plans

Payment plans are due on the 15th of each month according to the selected plan.

  • Payments must be made on time according to the selected schedule

  • If a payment is missed, the remaining balance may become due in full immediately

  • Missed payments may result in loss of payment plan privileges for future seasons.

If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, you must contact the Business Manager in advance to request approval. Missed or skipped payments do not cancel the obligation to pay the full balance. Adjustments may result in revised payment amounts or timelines. 

4. Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments include a processing fee to offset transaction costs. The following applies only to credit card transactions:

  • Payments are set up to be processed automatically on a scheduled date

  • If a payment fails and is not resolved, the remaining balance may become due in full

5. Other Payment Methods

  • E-transfers must include the chorister’s name in the message portion

  • Cheques must be made payable to Lyrico Youth Choirs Association

  • All payments must be received by their due dates

6. Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued prior to the start of the new season.  Pro-rated refunds will be issued up to and including September 30, 2026. All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee. After September 30, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Due to extenuating circumstances, exceptions are at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

7. Late or Missed Payments

Missed payments may result in:

  • Immediate requirement to pay the remaining balance in full

  • Suspension from participation until the account is brought up to date

8. Non-Profit Operations

Lyrico Youth Choirs is a non-profit organization. Fees support program delivery, staffing, and operational costs and are not refundable based on attendance.

9. Administrative Discretion

All financial matters, including refunds or exceptions, are at the discretion of the Business Manager and/or Board of Directors.
