Friends of Lyrico 2026/27 Season Membership & Fee Information

Friends of Lyrico is a non-auditioned adult community choir built around two important goals: creating a welcoming place for adults to sing and connect with others while providing significant financial support for the youth programs of the Lyrico Youth Choirs Association.

Friends of Lyrico operates as a nine month choir program from September through May. Members register for the full season. Membership fees support the operation of Friends of Lyrico (facility rental, staff wages, supplies etc), with a portion of the proceeds also supporting Lyrico Youth Choirs' youth programming.

The Wittenberg Scholarship

The Wittenberg family created a scholarship in honour of their daughter Stephanie who was killed in a tragic car accident. Stephanie was a member of the Lyrico Youth Choirs (formerly Elk Island Regional Honour Choir Association) who loved music and singing. The scholarship is used to fully or partially offset the cost of registration for families who may have difficulty paying.

We want Friends of Lyrico to be accessible to everyone who shares a love of singing. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact us to make a request.
