Choir Rehearsals
More than weekly rehearsals, they're weekly opportunities to learn, connect, and belong.
While audiences experience the finished performance, the real magic happens during weekly rehearsals. This is where music comes together, friendships are formed, and choristers learn the value of perseverance, teamwork, and shared accomplishment.
Every rehearsal combines vocal development, musicianship, and engaging activities designed to challenge and inspire singers at every stage of their musical journey. Along the way, children learn to listen, collaborate, solve problems, and support one another, which are important skills that extend well beyond the choir room.

Our rehearsal schedule follows the Elk Island Public Schools calendar, as we rehearse in one of their school facilities. Rehearsals are held every Monday from September through May, with a break for the month of December. There are no rehearsals on school holidays or other days when Elk Island Public Schools are closed.
To help rehearsals begin smoothly, we ask choristers to arrive a few minutes early with their music folder, a pencil, and a water bottle.
